Ingredients

4 catfish filets in portion size 
1 can peach halves
2 fresh peaches
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup whiskey, preferably Bourbon
2 dashes ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Blend peach halves, cinnamon, whiskey fresh peaches 
on high.  Heat in a pot.

Saute catfish in butter, 4-5 minutes on a side.  

Put catfish on a serving dish, cover it with peach 
sauce and serve
