Ingredients

2 cans  Solid White Salmon Packed in Water
   Drained & Flaked 
1 can  Water Chestnuts  Drained & Chopped 
1 cup Chopped Celery 
1/3 cup Shredded Carrots 
1/3 cup Sliced  Onion 
1/3 cup Mayonnaise 
1/3 cup vinaigrette (oil and vinegar) dressing
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard 
. 

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 
Cover & Chill. Line four plates with lettuce. 
Divide the Salmon Salad onto four plates
