4 Bass Fillets
Hot oil
2 Beaten Eggs 
1 cup Biscuit mix
1 tbsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp, sugsr
Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

Combine biscuit mix and seasonings

Dip fillets in eggs and then in flour/seasonings mix.
Deep ry until done.
