Easy Salmon in Onion/Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

2 fresh Salmon Fillets

2 1/2 tbsp. butter 
1/2 box of finely diced mushrooms 
1 finely dices medium onion
1 cup cream
1 tsp. Accent
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Saute onions and mushrooms until onions
begin to turn brown

Add the Salmon and the half and half and 
simmer Salmon until done.   Do not overcook.
 
Deglaze pan and pour the mushroom/onion
Cream sauce over the Salmon. 

Serve.
