2 fresh Salmon 
Flour 
3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon [50 g] butter 
salt and pepper to taste 


Flour Salmon and melt butter. 

Brown Salmon into melted butter.   Do not overcook.

Serve Salmon really hot deglaze pan and pour the
butter sauce over the Salmon.
