Ingredients

2 fresh trout 
3 1/2 tablespoons butter 
6 ounces (i/2 cup) of sour cream 
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish

Directions

Mix sour cream and horseradish and warm 
in microwave or over a slow flame

Melt butter and sauté trout until brown.   Do not overcook.

Pour the horseradish sauce over the trout and serve.
