Ingredients 1 lb. tuna steaks cut into 4 poetions 2 teaspoons olive oil 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder 2 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce 1 tablespoon capers; drained & slightly crushed
Directions Mix pepper, Garlic Powder and Teriyaki sauce Brush tuna steaks with olive oil and rub with Teriyaki mix. Broil or grill tuna until it flakes easily with a fork (cook for 4-5 minutes depending on thickness and how rare of well done you desire. If the tuna is more than 1-inch thick, gently turn it halfway through grilling. Top tuna with capers and garnish with tomato pieces. Yields 4 servings
