    Size:

    Born at about 130cm and attains 500cm males and 640cm females. Males mature at about 350 cm and females at about 400 cm.

    Habitat:

    White Shark are found throughout all the world seas but are more common in the southern temperate seas. They prefer deep offshore waters but are often found in coastal inshore areas, recorded from the surface down to 4,000 feet. Often the White Shark is known to venture close to land more often.

    Qualities:

    Largest and most dangerous predatory Shark.

    Size

    Record 2,700lbs.

    Best Bait:

    Raw meat, raw fish

    The Great White is a predatory maneater. It is extremely dangerous to humans in all waters, tropical, temperate and arctic. This is a known manhunter. More attacks to humans have been attributed to the White Shark than any other fish. However, it is a protected species under the Environmental Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
