Ingredients



1 lb. tuna cut into 4 portions
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp. mixed Garlic power and salt
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. mustard
lemon wedges


Directions

Mix honey and mustard and Garlic powder and salt

Brush both sides of each piece with honey, mustard, 
Garlic powder and salt mix. 

Broil or grill until tuna flakes easily with a fork (about 4 to 6 minutes to a side depending on thickness and how rare you want the tuna to be). If the tuna is more than 1-inch thick, gently turn it halfway through grilling.

Serve garnished with lemon wedges

Yields 4 servings
