Ingredients

1 6 ounce can Salmon in oil  
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 
2 tbsp. olive oil
11/2 cup frorzen peas
1/2 tsp. dry mustard 
1 small pkge. frozen corn niblets
1 tsp. Accent
Salt and pepper to taste
1 prepacked salad mix, your choice


Directions

Put a bed of salad in the bottom of the bowl.

Parboil frozen peas and corn for three minutes

Mix all ingredients except the salad and put 
into salad bowl..

Put the bowl in the frig to cool
