Ingredients

2 cans drained Salmon in water 
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
Decorations - i.e. capers, pimentos,
Tomatoes, cucumber, artichoke \hearts, 
    Or whatever
Lettuce and/or greens


Directions

Mix Salmon, celery and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Put lettuce and greens into a salad bowl

Spoon Salmon mix into the middle.

Add decorations and accouterments around 
the Salmon   Serve.
