Ingredients

4 Hake Fillets
1 jar your favorite Salsa
2 tbsp. Butter
1 diced medium Onion
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. MSG (Accent)



Saute onion until glazed.  

Place Hake on top of onions

Cover Hake with Salsa, Garlic powder and 
MSG mix.  Cover the pan with a top and 
cook until done.
