Ingredients 2 6-ounce cans solid white tuna, drained 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Saute onions, celery and sweet pepper until the celery is tender. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, combine the tuna, bread crumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, onions, garlic and celery. Form the mix into 4 patties. Saute the patties in an frying pan until golden brown and serve.
